Galley

The galley (the kitchen on board a ship) is where the chefs prepare all the main meals for the ship's company. The galley is equipped with deep fryers, hobs, baking ovens and all the food preparation devices one would expect to see in a large kitchen. The galley can provide three daily meals (breakfast, lunch and supper) for approximately 150 people.
