2003 Tour to the Netherlands

The South African Navy Bandís second international tour was once again to Europe, performing both in Germany and the Netherlands. The Band arrived in Bremen on 15 August where we held three concerts in as many days. These concerts were at:

  • Emden Dockyard, which was celebrating its Centenary;
  • Garlstedt; and
  • Heiligenrode.

On 21 August we travelled to the Netherlands (our first visit to this country) for two concerts in the town of Roermond. On 28 August the band arrived in Breda to participate in the Netherlands National Tattoo.
