Comment: These boats are twin hulled catamarans of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) sandwich construction. Capable of carrying up to 15 personnel. Ordered in mid-1991. Each carries a RIB in the stern well. Commissioned as SAS in 2003.

Comment: Built in South Africa in 1980-81 these boats can also be transported by road. One transferred to Malawi in October 1988, two to Namibia in 2002 and two to Mozambique in September 2004.
