In any hierarchy leaders come and go, so is the burden of leadership and responsibility. The baton has to be constantly passed on to ensure continuity and growth within the hierarchy. Such a procession was observed when two newly-appointed Defence Attachés (DA) paid a courtesy call to Chief of the SA Navy (C Navy), V Adm J. Mudimu on 20 June 2012 at Navy Headquarters (NHQ), Pretoria.
