  • Button link chain with two gilt buttons.
  • Miniature medals on left panel.

Females

  • White eveningwear blouse with bib.
  • Black Frank Sinatra bow-tie.
  • Long, black evening skirt.
  • Mexican Silver, Quick Silver or Blackmail stockings.
  • Black evening bag.

Males

  • White pique mess dress shirt.

  • Official or public balls, dinners and receptions of a formal nature.
