Please note the following pertaining to
accommodation:

The rates exclude any national or provincial tourism or
other levies, which may be required by legislation to be
charged from time to time. The quoted rate will automatically
increase without prior notification in the event that
the prevailing rates of either VAT or other applicable
levies are increased.

The above rates exclude the SA tourism
levy, which is currently 1% of accommodation only.

Rates include Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 14%.

Delegates to book directly with the hotel (indicating
that it is part of the IMCOCC) utilizing the booking form of
the hotel.

(One) 1 DAY'S ACCOMMODATION will be charged as a
deposit, once booking form has been received.

To ensure compliance with the South African Immigration
Act of 2004, as documented in the Government Gazette dated
11 October 2004, it is mandatory to record the information
listed hereunder for all RESIDENTS residing in a hotel. To
facilitate this legislation, it is necessary for the group
rooming list to include the following information of individual
guests, whether non-SA or SA residents:
- Surname
- First Name (full)
- Passport No
- Residential Status
- Home telephone number
- Mobile telephone number
- Office telephone number
- E-mail address
